CAE Engineer (ANSA)

This will help you grow:

• Perform high-quality finite element (FE) meshing of automotive components, including plastic, casting, and sheet metal parts, using HyperMesh/HyperWorks.
• Develop, validate, and maintain FE models in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Integrate and assemble sub-models into full vehicle FE models while ensuring model quality and consistency.
• Conduct model checks, connectivity verification, and quality assessments to ensure accurate simulation results.
• Collaborate with design, CAE, and cross-functional teams to understand analysis requirements and support vehicle development programs.
• Prepare and optimize FE models for various structural analyses such as crash, durability, and strength assessments.
• Support model updates based on design changes and engineering feedback.Document meshing methodologies, assumptions, and model preparation activities.

This is how you will help us move forward:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HyperMesh/HyperWorks.
• Strong expertise in meshing of plastic, casting, and sheet metal components.
• Experience in integration of sub-models and full vehicle FE model assembly.
• Good understanding of FE modeling concepts, mesh quality criteria, and automotive CAE processes.
• Exposure to Pamcrash and/or ANSA will be preferred.
• Experience working with Automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is highly desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
