CAE-NVH

This will help you grow:

  • Develop and validate Trimmed Body finite element (FE) models.
  • Perform Dynamic Stiffness Analysis and Modal Analysis for vehicle structures.
  • Execute Acoustic Transfer Function (ATF) analysis to evaluate vehicle acoustic performance.
  • Conduct Full Vehicle Body Vibration Analysis and interpret simulation results.
  • Perform post-processing for NVH load cases, including:Normal Mode AnalysisFrequency Response Function (FRF)Load Data Specification (LDS)Analyze simulation results and provide engineering recommendations for NVH optimization.
  • Collaborate with design, product development, and cross-functional teams to resolve NVH-related issues.
  • Ensure CAE models and analysis reports meet quality standards and project timelines.
  • Prepare technical documentation and present simulation findings to stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of Vehicle NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience in Trimmed Body, BIW, and Full Vehicle NVH Analysis.
  • Proficiency in Dynamic Stiffness, Modal Analysis, FRF, ATF, and LDS.Experience in FE model preparation, validation, and post-processing.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
