Change Management

This will help you grow:

 
  • Support project management activities, including execution and supervision of all NSB series development topics
  • Coordinate and manage both quality-related issues (e.g., customer complaints) and non-quality-related issues (e.g., production concerns)
  • Participate in NSB team meetings and relevant committees, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain documentation required for committees and project reviews
  • Coordinate with parts suppliers, system developers, and BTVs to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor test execution and track schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Plan, schedule, and track project deadlines and milestones
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
  • Manage supplier communication through regular follow-ups and updates
  • Prepare and validate change requests in systems such as PÄM and AVON
  • Drive the end-to-end processing of change requests and action items to ensure timely decisions and implementation
  • Track, document, and present weekly progress of change management activities to stakeholders/client
  • Proactively report risks, including potential delays, along with mitigation plans
  • Initiate and follow up on approval processes for proposed actions and changes
  • Drive and document approvals, sample inspections, and ensure timely customer availability of implemented changes

  • Ability to track schedules, manage deadlines, and handle time-sensitive deliverables
  • Experience in supplier management and coordination
  • Attention to detail, especially in validation and plausibility checks
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for reporting and presentations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
