Design Engineer (CAD)
- Suspension CAD Development for German automotive OEMs (Passenger cars)
- Kinematic layout of suspension components, meeting OEM design requirements
- Geometric and Kinematic Package for suspension components
- Solving technical issues with suspension layout / kinematics
- Coordination with relevant internal / OEM design departments to achieve design targets and resolve issues
- Component Design for suspension components – lever arms, Axle and wheel carriers, ARBs, steering arms
- Support with release process as per OEM design stages
This is how you will help us move forward:
- Experience with CATIA Kinematic, Part, Assembly and surface modules
- Intuitive understanding of passenger car suspension systems – McPherson, Multi-link and Trailing Arms
- Knowledge of automotive OEM release process and product lifecycle steps
- Good communication skills
