Process Engineer : Manufacturing and Supply Chain Excellence

• Optimization and design of value chains, production/logistics processes using smart factory tools
• Development of flexible and "smart" production planning concepts, taking into account existing IT structures
• Planning and balancing of production lines and their material supply along the entire supply chain
• Creation of data/quantity structures, schedules and management presentations
• Planning of production/logistics systems with regard to digitalization
• Preparation of tender specifications, bid comparisons and technical award recommendationsCreation of layouts for production/logistics areas

• Qualification :  B.E. / B. Tech  (Mechincal , Production , Industrial)
• No. of years Experience :  3 to 7 Years
• Sound professional experience in the field of production/logistics planning in industry
• Confident handling of MS Office, MS Project and CAD layout programs
• Interest in digital twins (product, production, factory)
• Analytical and independent way of working, goal orientation, flexibility and mobility
• Hands-on knowledge of warehouse design, storage strategies, WMS, material handling systems, picking/kitting, line-side supply and supermarket concepts.
• Expertise in material-flow analysis, logistics simulation, capacity calculation, bottleneck identification and optimization of internal logistics routes.
• Strong understanding of forklifts/reach trucks, conveyors, AGV/AMR, ASRS (automated storage and retrieval system) and their integration with logistics processes
• Good working knowledge of SAP/WMS, ERP–WMS interfaces, barcode/RFID, logistics IT architecture and digital warehouse processes.
• Experience with production supply, kitting, sequencing, milk-run, line-side logistics, WIP and finished-goods flows, preferably in automotive, EV, industrial equipment or similar manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in supply-chain modelling, warehouse/WMS, logistics simulation, automation and quantitative analysis
• Hands-on expertise in MicroStation for developing and modifying detailed warehouse, logistics and material-flow layouts.
• Ability to independently develop 2D logistics layouts from concept to detailed planning in microstation.
• Strong understanding of WMS processes and warehouse execution, WMS transactions, master data, system requirements and ERP/WMS interfaces, preferably with SAP.
• German Language would be Added Advantage.
