Senior Augmentir Solution Engineer

This will help you grow:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of business solutions on the Augmentir platform.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through customer workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Configure digital workflows, work instructions, forms, checklists, and training processes within the Augmentir platform.
Design and develop integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other third-party applications.
Develop and maintain REST API-based integrations using OAuth authentication.
Integrate enterprise applications using Confluent Cloud (Kafka) and other integration technologies.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Augmentir solutions for performance and usability.
Design reusable solution architectures and ensure adherence to best practices.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Azure DevOps for work tracking and solution delivery.
Support WACKER's global Knowledge Management and Connected Worker initiatives by delivering innovative digital solutions.Skills Required

5+ years of experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms, workflow automation solutions, or digital manufacturing applications.
Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions during customer workshops or discovery sessions.
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and JSON.
Hands-on experience with enterprise system integrations.Experience with Confluent Cloud (Kafka) or similar event-streaming platforms.
Good understanding of Azure cloud services and cloud-based application architectures.
Experience working with Azure DevOps.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.
