Test Engineer
This will help you grow:
- Develop, integrate and execute testing activities using HiL and SiL environments for automotive systems.
- Drive end-to-end validation activities, including test planning, test case development, execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Create and derive test cases from system requirements and perform keyword-based test specification.
- Perform ADAS testing, simulation, and virtual validation using tools such as IPG CarMaker, Hexagon VTD, or dSPACE Aurelion.
- Collaborate closely with modeling, simulation, and testing teams to ensure effective system validation.
- Manage test cases, reviews, and validation activities using Codebeamer, including review hub setup and administration.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, support error analysis, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Maintain high-quality standards by following defined processes, procedures, and engineering guidelines.
- Interact with customers and global teams to discuss technical topics, progress, and validation results.
- Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving.

- Hands-on experience with HiL and SiL testing environments in automotive projects.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and automation concepts.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience in ADAS testing, simulation, and virtual validation using tools such as IPG CarMaker, Hexagon VTD, or dSPACE .
- Experience in keyword-based test specification and deriving test cases from system requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Codebeamer for test case management, review workflows, and administration activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with modeling, testing, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in direct customer interaction.
